What we collect

Contact: when you email us, we receive your name, email address and the content of your message. We use them only to communicate with you.

Visitor statistics: if you accept statistics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect information about how the site is used — such as page views, device and browser details and an anonymised IP address. The statistics do not tell us who you are.

Legal basis

Visitor statistics are based on the consent you give in the cookie banner. Contact messages are processed based on our legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures.

Cookies

Essential (always on): language choice (NEXT_LOCALE) and remembering your cookie choice in the browser's local storage (wv-consent).

Statistics (only with your consent): Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*), valid for up to 2 years.

You can withdraw your consent with the button below and delete cookies in your browser settings.

Disclosure and transfers

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. For visitor statistics the processor is Google, and data may be processed outside the EU/EEA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Analytics data is retained for 14 months; contact messages for as long as the matter requires.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict and object to processing, and to withdraw your consent. Email hello@whiteventures.fi and we will take care of it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
